As I am going to Germany in the fall of 2010 to make a documentary, our teachers in my documentary preproduction class thought it would be a good idea for us to practice and make a short documentary on campus. So my friend Matt Christensen and I made this short film about our RA of our dorm and a trip to Chinatown.

I got the idea from a painting of a marionette at Knots Berry Farm during their Halloween special. I thought it looked really cool, so I decided to make a movie about puppets. So here it is...
These are pictures I've taken with my new Lensbaby 2.0 lens. It's a really cool lens that lets you pick a spot of focus and then bend the rest of the image around to create the swirly and blown out effect.
I'm currently a student at Loyola Marymount University with a major in Film Production. Along with studying film, I'm also an avid photographer. I love cinematography and still photography equally and hope to make a career in both of them.
